Yes. The webinar is free for teachers, faculty, administrators and anyone exploring virtual reality and AI for learning.
Do I need a VR headset to attend?
No. The webinar runs on Google Meet, so all you need is a computer with speakers or headphones. We show VXRLabs and HoloTutor on screen. If you want to try VXRLabs in a headset afterward, ask us about a 1-month demo license.
Will the webinar be recorded?
No. Each webinar is live only, so we can shape the demo around the questions people bring. If a date doesn't work, pick another month or choose “None of these times work” in the form and we'll reach out.
How do I join?
After you register, you'll get a confirmation email right away with your Google Meet link and an Add to Google Calendar link. You'll also receive a calendar invitation from our team within 24 hours. Join from Chrome on a computer a few minutes before the start time.

Can I bring colleagues?
Yes. Please have each person register with their own email so they get the Google Meet link and calendar invitation. Department and district teams are welcome.
Is this the same as the In-App Training Session?
No. The webinar is an overview for people exploring VXRLabs and HoloTutor. If your school already uses VXRLabs, join an In-App Training Session, where we go into the app together.
Can we get a session just for our team?
Yes. Contact our team and we'll set up a time to walk your school, department or district through VXRLabs and HoloTutor and answer your questions.
